Hi,
I write here since the whishlist page seems to be down.

I just discovered your site/app and I love it. However, I would like to see two minor additions to make the tracking experience even better:

1. To have the possibility to "Update All" parcels/trackings at once.
2. Being able to sort the parcels somehow. It would be greaaaaat to be able to select an active box (parcel) and moving it up and down in the list.

Thank you very much for your appreciation and for the feedback!

The "Update All" button is a feature we are being constantly asked for. The main reason for this feature is not implemented yet is that there are many users who have 100+ active parcels. If they start spamming "Update All" button that might cause serious performance problems. In general there is no need in constant manual update, because all the parcels are always scheduled for automatic update.

We like your idea about parcel sorting and consider its implementation in the future updates!

here's a better suggestion: A tracking system SHOULD consist of where it was tracked from and when(including what time) it was tracked not, just when it left for delivery and how long ago.

Hello, this is quite a complicated issue. The "pattern" of your tracking number matches the tracking numbers of CDEK, therefore this courier service is automatically chosen when you add the parcel. By default all the CDEK parcels are considered as Russian parcels and hence Russia is chosen as an origin country.

Please let us know what China service was used to send the parcel, so then we will update our tracking number matching rules and will correctly recognize the country.

Выяснил, что "J-NET" является партнером CDEK на стороне Китая - следовательно при отправке из Китая указывается "J-NET", а после пересечения границы и прибытия на таможню - либо сохраняется трек для CDEK, либо (как меня просветил оператор CDEK) присваивается новый трек для отслеживания по России, который высылается с помощью SMS получателю.

It will be good to go at higher level by developping a mobile application.
