I am new for weodexpress, i am facing problem with haft way to track WD117100004CN, I also have sent mail to help wedoexpress but there was no respone from them, can any one can help me..

Why is my parcel RK013850479CN is still in the sort facility? It's been there for already 4 days. Maybe something wrong with the tracking?
